The purpose of MV Credit Fund S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF (formerly known as Natixis Fund S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF) acting on behalf of its compartment MV Subordinated – ELTIF (formerly known as MV Subordinated – Natixis ELTIF) (the ‘Fund’) is the investment of the funds available to it in securities of any kind and other assets permitted by the Luxembourg law of 23 July 2016 on reserved alternative investment funds, as amended (the ‘Law of 2016’), in accordance with the investment strategy set forth in the sales documents of the Fund with the overall aim and purpose of spreading investment risks within the meaning of the Law of 2016 so as to afford the investors the result of the management of its assets.
