My first day was in lockdown 2021, I came into the office, and it was almost completely empty! In a way it was a good thing as it really forced me out of my comfort zone, and I had to make a real effort to get to know colleagues virtually to begin with.

I get to work with almost every single person at the firm, which I’d say is pretty unique! My role allows me to be creative and I take a lot of pleasure in producing new ways to better my colleagues’ day to day experience at MV Credit.
