I can’t recall exactly what took place on my first day, but I do remember how I felt – I felt at home. By the end of the day, I remember feeling like I’d been at the company for a long time and genuinely looking forward to coming back to the office again the next day!

This may sound like a cliché, but the best thing about my role is the people! The fact that I have touchpoints with every department/team, across our locations for one thing or the other, brings so much variety to my role. Aside from my core responsibilities, being able to provide support for colleagues when needed makes my role even more rewarding.

MV Credit is a small company (and growing!) but it still maintains an almost family-like feeling which is rare in Financial Services. This again comes down to the people and is probably why I felt at home on day one!
